D3621 spindles are suitable for FA726 type chemical fiber cord primary twisting machine, D3622 spindles are suitable for FA727 type cord secondary twisting machine, and YD3623 is suitable for CGKV547 twisting machine.

D3620 and YD3620 series chemical fiber spindles are designed to meet the development needs of my country's chemical fiber industry and replace imported products. They are designed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technologies. They have the advantages of reliable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, balanced operation, and long service life.

The D36 series chemical fiber spindles produced by our company are equipped with steel spindle discs and are processed by advanced high-precision CNC machine tools. They effectively reduce the dynamic imbalance of the rod disc, ensure the dynamic balance accuracy of the spindle, and make the spindle more stable and reliable during operation.

The spindle feet of this series of spindles are made of high-quality carbon steel, and the tensile strength and torsional strength are greatly improved, which increases the installation torque and makes the spindle installation more stable. Using advanced processing technology, abandoning traditional pipe material processing and using rod material, the processing is completed in one time, ensuring that the spindle does not leak or seep oil during use, and at the same time greatly improves the coaxiality of the three holes of the spindle foot, reduces spindle wear, and extends the service life of the spindle.

The spindle rods of this series of spindles are processed by advanced wide-wheel centerless grinders for precision grinding and forming, which reduces cutting stress and effectively reduces the problem of spindle rod deformation during use. The upper and lower bearings of the spindle rod are ultra-precision ground to make the spindle run more smoothly.
