The TDGA-558 Sectional Warping Machine features precise control over the traverse of the warping operation panel via a servo motor. Once a button is pressed, the starting point setting and stripe setting can be automatically adjusted. The forward and backward movement of the warping operation panel is controlled by a step motor, ensuring constant yarn spacing. To maintain constant yarn speed during winding and unwinding, our new technology, an AC frequency converter speed adjustment device controlled by a computer, is implemented. The machine is equipped with an electro-mechanical-hydropneumatic brake system during warping. The beaming tension control utilizes external steel strip damping, eliminating noise and uneven tension issues commonly found in traditional clamping-type damping.
