The Vertical Hard Winding Machine TD-MLJ features a vertical winding path with no inflection point, minimal friction, and reduced hairiness. It is equipped with an LED light and includes a double points tension control system with micro motors for uniform yarn tension. The high-quality alloy drums have an optimized groove shape, offering good anti-overlapping characteristics, light weight, good wear resistance, and static elimination. The single winding motor control for each spindle allows for length setting and automatic stop for each spindle in case of yarn break or full filling. The high-speed creel is stabilized by a gas spring, ensuring constant winding pressure. The traverse device for the soft edge is easily adjustable, ensuring the bobbin is suitable for even dyeing.
